At the very beginning of our brainstorming activity about this visual identity, we agreed that we wanted to avoid conventional elements that could be associated with the symbolism of women in business. As the project initiative is unique in itself, we designed a new symbol that will be identified as semiotics for success in this field. The basic shape of a triangle correlated with the project title is an incentive for personal and professional advancement, aspiration to reach the top, proof that it is possible to do it! The next, equally important artefact, is the integration of graphic features of holographic foil (a holograph as a system representing uniqueness and added value) and the linear texture that constitutes the New Wave in strengthening women's businesses. As for printed materials, this sign/holograph is made with holographic foil which also gives the effect of fluidity of colours and thus enables us to create a significant visual interaction.
